S100 door certifications: fire rated and blast resistant

The Rapp Bomek S100 is a single and double sliding fire and blast resistant door, developed from decades of experience in some of the world's most demanding environments – the North Sea and Arctic waters. Designed and manufactured in accordance with SOLAS 74, the S100 offers an H120 fire rating, blast resistance up to 2.0 bar, sound insulation of Rw 50dB, and weather-tight performance certified by DNV. Air tightness meets class 4 per EN 12207, with smoke leakage class Sa per EN 13501-2. With a 125mm door thickness and frame in 5mm steel plate, the S100 is among the heaviest and most robust sliding doors in the Rapp Bomek range. Available in mild steel or stainless steel, with options including vision panels, panic exit devices, and EMC shielding.
