The Rapp Bomek H110S is a single hinged watertight door designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of SOLAS 74 and the IMO FTP Code. Weighing approximately 300 kg for a single leaf 900x2100mm, the H110S is built for demanding marine and offshore environments. Hardware is manufactured in stainless steel AISI 316L throughout, including the specially designed 4-point latch, HD-handle, and 4 hinges per door leaf with grease nipples. A neoprene fire gasket provides a reliable seal between door leaf and frame. Available with fixed, removable, or flanged threshold, and optional RC4 break-in resistance, 40 dB noise reduction, and air tightness of 0.5 m3/m2h. Options include vision panel, kick-plate, padlock, doorstop, and hold-open device.
