The Rapp Bomek H100 is a single and double hinged fire and blast resistant door, developed from decades of experience in some of the world's most demanding environments – the North Sea and Arctic waters. Designed and manufactured in accordance with SOLAS 74, the H100 offers an H120 fire rating, blast resistance up to 2.0 bar, sound insulation of Rw 50dB, and weather-tight performance certified by DNV. Air tightness meets class 4 per EN 12207. With a 125mm door thickness and frame in 5mm steel plate, the H100 is among the most robust doors in the Rapp Bomek range. Available in mild steel or stainless steel, with options including vision panels, panic exit devices, and EMC shielding.

Hinges: The stainless steel hinges are equipped with a grease nipple and are fixed to the doorleaf with 3 screws.
Door handle: Handle w/square escutcheon made of stainless steel.
Latch: the door is equipped with a reinforced latch made of stainless steel. A special designed, adjustable striker plate made of stainless steel is provided to the door frame.
Gasket: The fire gasket between door leaf and frame is made of silica fibre.
Door closer: Fire rated doors equipped with manual door closer as a standard.
