Rapp Bomek acquires Beko Industriverksted AS – creating a strengthened industrial partnership at a shared location

Rapp Bomek AS has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in Beko Industriverksted AS. The acquisition marks an important step in Rapp Bomek’s ambition to strengthen its position within advanced steel constructions, mechanical services, and deliveries to critical infrastructure. With Beko joining the company’s portfolio, Rapp Bomek gains increased capacity and access to solid technical expertise that complements its existing offering.

As part of the integration plan, Beko Industriverksted AS will relocate its operations to the same location as Rapp Bomek during the first quarter of 2026. This will bring production, experience and technical environments closer together, paving the way for improved collaboration, faster processes, and new opportunities for further development.

The former owners will be actively involved during the transition period, and Beko will continue as a separate company within the Rapp Bomek Group.
