Welcome to the meeting place for business, government, and academia for all those focused on safe and predictable operations in turbulent times. This year's forum is the first in what will be an annual event for all those concerned with physical security and business valuation in Norway.

A series of events in recent years show that all types of critical infrastructure in Norway have obvious vulnerabilities both in relation to attacks from hostile actors and natural disasters. Northern Norway has a particularly vulnerable position, emphasized in the report of the Total Defense Commission.

Rapp Bomek receives major contract for door delivery for the Snøhvit Future project at Melkøya. 

Rapp Bomek has supplied around ten thousand fire doors for installations in Norway and internationally. In recent years, Rapp Bomek has also established itself as a reliable supplier to critical infrastructure with its portfolio of security doors with the highest performance in safety, fire, bullet resistance, explosion, and other additional features.

The delivery from Rapp Bomek
Rapp Bomek, a world-leading provider of tailored security solutions, has today been awarded a significant contract for door delivery to the prestigious Snøhvit Future project at Melkøya. The contract involves substantial deliveries of doors with tough requirements for fire and security performance. These are to be installed on various units associated with the Snøhvit Future project. Rapp Bomek will deliver customized doors that meet very strict requirements for safety, durability, and technologically advanced features. The contract entails the delivery of approximately 120 doors of significant value.

Snøhvit Future
The Snøhvit Future project represents a milestone in the electrification of production, and Rapp Bomek is proud to be chosen as the main supplier of advanced door solutions for this innovation-driven project. The Snøhvit Future project includes onshore compression and electrification of the Hammerfest LNG plant at Melkøya, operated by Equinor. The project ensures continued gas exports and jobs in Northern Norway while cutting greenhouse gas emissions.
